Description: Flexible mineral mixtures (KCl, NaCl, as well as other chlorides and carbonates), which can be combined depending on the application.
Benefits: 30–80% less sodium, perfectly adaptable to the target product, balanced in taste.

Functional compounds
Description: Mineralized systems based on dietary fiber, starches or flours with a salt effect.
Benefits: System-compatible, technologically compatible, easy to use.
Application: As a binder, carrier, or sodium-reduced pizza flour.
Pure
salt-containing algae extract
Description: Plant extract from algae (e.g. Eucheuma or Salicornia).
Benefit: Allows claims such as “no added salt” or “natural plant extract”. Can be declared as extract instead of salt.
Application: Versatile use to emphasize the naturalness of the food.
